Cancellation must be done in writing by post, fax or email.

Cancellation date is the date that Oulu Lines Oy has received cancellation in written form.

If cancellation is made more than 30 days before reserved cruise date Oulu Lines will not charge cancellation fee.

If cancellation is made 14 - 8 days days before reserved cruise date Oulu Lines will charge 50% of reservation total amount (cruise tickets / ship rental and ordered restaurant services).

If cancellation is made 7 - 0 days days before reserved cruise date Oulu Lines will charge 100% of reservation total amount (cruise tickets / ship rental and ordered restaurant services).

Passengers own drinks and foods
It is forbidden to bring own drinks or foods to the ship (alcohol legislation).

Minimum number of passengers
Minimum number of passengers is 35 persons.

Billing must always be agreed in advance.
